Healing Image Explained
This alchemical healing image was created in collaboration with Jacqueline Moore, talented artist and healer. While in meditation, I was guided to create an image for my healing practice. Jacqueline and I met a few times over a period of several months, and I shared with her what my inner guides were sharing with me. She then took that guidance, and in her own meditation and magical creative process translated that into form.
When the final image came into being, I realized that this was not just a healing image for my practice, but a healing image for the world. To me, it is a vibrational representation of the pure energy of the Cosmos expanding into life, and returning back home to itself. I find the energies of the image are at once dynamic and still, subtle and powerful, deeply balancing.
The image emanates the wisdom of the universe, as it came into being according to sacred geometry, and is infused with astrology, numerology and mantra. One can see the center point, from which the seed of life is born, the Vesica Piscis, the Sun and Moon and Eclipses, the rays of light expanding into the infinite Cosmos and returning back to the single center point. The number 8 references balance, infinite possibilities and the spiral helix of our DNA. The Tibetan mantra of Om Ah Hum is painted on the canvas beneath the other layers of color, infusing the whole image with even deeper layers of healing frequencies. The vibrations of this mantra are said to facilitate purification of body, speech and mind, and its purpose is to awaken us from our deep sleep of unconsciousness, to our true innate nature, universal consciousness. Wholeness. Oneness.
